How many kits should I order? On average, 10 volunteers can build about 400 kits per hour.

What if our team doesn't have 10 volunteers? Or an hour to spend? We would encourage you to consider purchasing the notecards and markers, so you can write notes of encouragement!

When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. This does not include transit time.

What shipping services are used to ship Kits for a Cause orders? We use small package service (i.e. UPS or FedEx) for orders that are about 30 boxes or less. Larger orders are shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier on pallets wrapped in plastic wrap.

How will I know my order shipped? You will receive an email with your tracking number. Keep an eye on the order while in transit as there may be unexpected delays.
